poutine is a classic quebecois dish. la banquise is voted the ‘best poutine’ in town as well as the ‘best selection of poutine’. it opens 24/7 !!! traditional poutine consists of fries, curd cheese, and gravy. not only they offer the traditional poutine that pork belly got, but also 25 different kinds of poutine. i ordered the one with ground beef and green pepers.

very dense, heavy, but surprisingly delicious. mine reminds me of philly cheese steak.

  1. Thanks for checking out my blog!
My husband is from Montreal and really enjoyed your post! He complains that out here on the West Coast you can’t find good poutine, that and pizza. Looks like the weather was perfect!
