this was my fave dish of the night and what tony maw does the best: meat.
the textures were perfect and super flavorful. def takes pork to a whole new level. SO GOOD.
the meal was very enjoyable and satisfying. everything was very well excuted and refined. straightforward local/seasonal ingredients but with very complex texture and flavors. cocktails were super tasty. service was professional and friendly as always. if you can only check out a few restaurants in boston, craigie on main def worth a try.
