we go to the boiling crab every time we visiting LA. it’s a Cajun style seafood joint and probably everyone on the west coast knows about it.

you basically choose your seafood, sides and sauce and they come in bags. the most popular sauce and my favorite is the whole shabang. it’s super garlicky and flavorful just super awesome.

the seafood didnt taste the freshest that night; however, i still love boiling crab. i dream about the whole shabang sauce; it’s just divine. it’s so garlicky that your fingers will smell like the sauce for a day or two unless you wipe your fingers will lemon.

  1. Depending when you went to Boiling Crab, crawfish right now is out of season. I know most seafood places are serving the frozen stuff. I personally prefer this place that’s similar to Boiling Crab called Kickin’ Crab. The garlic noodles there is so bomb! I think there’s a Kickin’ Crab down in socal, but I live near the one in SJ which is convenient.

My friends has tried the Boil in NY and said it was good but they’ve never tried Boiling Crab so who knows? Seems like it might just be up to par
