(PorkBelly) We were lucky enough to be invited to Fogo De Chao to try out their menu. Bunny has been to Fogo before years ago. Check it out here This post will make up for it with actual pictures of our experience. It was graduation weekend and the restaurant was packed! The server was still extremely consistent and kept checking in on us, extra bonus points for them. Upon walking in, the first thing you notice is their salad bar, you can get items such as charcuterie, rice, potatoes, and other sides to compliment the never ending meat that will ensue.

After we were seated we were greeted with our starters of Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Caramelized Bananas, Polenta, and Bunny’s absolute favorite, Pão de Queijo! Essentially a fluffy and flavorful cheesy bread! We could eat the starters all meal…  Bunny also ordered a Fogo Premium Caipirinha, it was perfect for this hot day!

For those that don’t know, Fogo de Chao is an All-You-Can-Eat Brazilian steakhouse.  There is a sign with red and green on it.  When the sign is flipped to the green side the servers will continue to offer you meat, when it is red they do not.   The bring the meat around on skewers and cut it to your wellness preference.  We had many different cuts of meats and they were all delicious, our favorite was the Picanha, the Prime part of the top sirloin.   All of the meat was served hot off the grill and is delicious.  Good thing we both wore sweat pants this day because we were so full we could barely walk everything was so good.

All in all, I definitely recommend Fogo de Chao to someone looking for a very fulfilling meal.  They offer great value for dollar while also being very tasty.
